Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with strong background in flooring and interior fit-out projects in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple site projects, ensuring timely execution, quality control, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction from start to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage flooring / interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Supervise site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and material usage
- Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company standards
- Manage subcontractors and labor teams effectively
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site issues
- Attend project meetings and provide progress updates to management
- Ensure high-quality finishing and client satisfaction at all stages
Requirements:
- 4–5 years UAE experience in flooring / interior fit-out / construction projects
- Strong knowledge of flooring systems (wood, vinyl, carpet, epoxy, etc.)
- Must hold a valid UAE Driving License
- Strong leadership and site management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project / Excel preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- UAE Driving License
Pay: AED9,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per hour
