Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of advanced Anti-Money Laundering (AML) solutions, driving our compliance efforts forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement AML solutions such as Nice Actimize, Firco Soft, SAS AML, and others, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Manage projects involving customer due diligence (CDD), transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening, adhering to CBUAE and global standards.
C coordinate the automation of regulatory reporting systems (e.g., goAML) for efficient compliance.
O oversee the integration of
risk assessment
and GRC tools like Moody’s Analytics, RSA Archer, and Threat Matrix, enhancing overall risk management.
E fine-tune transaction monitoring rules to minimize false positives and optimize alert efficiency.
D develop and implement
quality assurance
frameworks for compliance solutions and processes, ensuring high standards.
E engage with
cross-functional teams
and stakeholders to deliver strategic projects successfully.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in AML and compliance tools (Firco Soft, SAS AML, etc.).Expertise in regulatory frameworks, including CBUAE, DIFC, and ADGM.Strong
project management
methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and tools (MSP, JIRA).Technical knowledge of APIs, ETL, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and SQL.Proven
