About the role:
We at Green Stone Landscaping L.L.C are looking for an experienced project manager with having soft and hard landscaping construction project management and execution experience to oversee the entire life cycle of landscaping construction projects.
Key responsibilities:
Execution of soft and hard landscaping work.
Managing and supervise overall divisions and departments of the project’s execution team I.e. planning, Qs / billing, QaQc, HSE and supervision staff of the project.
Supervise operations, maintenance, handing over and taking over of the projects.
Maintain knowledge of the safety procedures regarding the proper tools / equipments for land preparation and cultivation.
Developing and maintaining detailed project plans to ensure successful completion of landscape projects.
Leading project teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
Monitoring and reporting on project progress, budget and timeline.
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and other project stakeholders.
Planning and implementing execution of the landscaping projects.
Ensuring work is done according to plan, managing and motivating team members and working with office staff and vendors to coordinate successful project.
Oversee management of the hard and soft landscaping project from taking over to handing over of the project.
Requirements :
BS Civil or Agriculture
Experience: 14-15 years Gulf experience is a must
Projects executed / Nature: Hard and soft landscaping and construction projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
