Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking deliverables, and ensuring successful project execution within scope, timeline, and budget.
Experience in Healthcare, Digital Health, or Health Information Systems is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project activities and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Coordinate between business stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and third-party vendors.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Conduct regular project meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Support requirement gathering, business analysis, and solution discussions.
- Monitor project scope and manage change requests when required.
- Ensure proper communication and alignment across all project stakeholders.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support UAT activities and coordinate production releases.
- Prepare project documentation, presentations, and progress reports for management and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Analysis, or Software Delivery.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, Digital Health, Hospital Systems, Insurance, or Healthcare Integration projects.
- Familiarity with healthcare integrations such as NPHIES, or similar healthcare platforms.
- Knowledge of PMO processes and project governance.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
