We Are Hiring:
Project Managers– Mixed-Use Projects
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all Project Managers and associated staff to ensure the successful execution of individual projects.
Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities across all projects.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels between project teams, clients, suppliers, and company management.
Review contracts and subcontracts, and coordinate with the Planning Manager to develop and update construction schedules.
Collaborate with the Project Engineer and Planning Manager to prepare initial and detailed project schedules.
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with approved timelines.
Review and approve subcontractor proposals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Provide regular updates and monthly construction progress reports to the Program Manager.
Coordinate with the Contract Administrator on contractual obligations and subcontractor management.
Optimize resource and personnel allocation to maintain project budgets.
Manage all project-related correspondence and documentation.
Coordinate efforts among all project stakeholders and monitor project developments.
Conduct periodic reviews of project performance (costs, schedule, progress) and submit findings to the Program Manager.
Additional Responsibilities
Organize and lead project kickoff and coordination meetings with key stakeholders.
Maintain professional relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Ensure equipment is properly maintained, certified, and safe for operation.
Enforce worksite health and safety regulations.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Submit monthly reports detailing project progress and procurement updates.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
15–20 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a proven track record in delivering large-scale mixed-use projects.
Extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing on-site execution.
Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills.
PMP certification is a plus.
