Key Responsibilities:
Lead the setup and operation of PMO, VRO, DTO, and benefit realization offices.
Manage complex programs and portfolios aligned with digital transformation objectives.
Deploy and operate EPMO tools and digital governance frameworks.
Drive the execution of AI and digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery of strategic projects.
Support business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
Qualifications:
PMP and PgMP certified.
Proven experience in establishing and managing PMO, VRO, and transformation offices.
Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI, and organizational change management.
Demonstrated capability in business development.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is essential).
3–5 years of experience in consulting firms .
