We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team, responsible for leading and managing various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will utilize recognized project management methodologies and tools to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively while ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan projects using approved project management methodologies and tools, with continuous development.
Oversee the direction, coordination, implementation, and completion of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, commitments, and goals.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Identify tasks and required resources.
Manage and support the project team to achieve objectives.
Monitor and control project costs, updating budgets regularly.
Create and manage project schedules and timelines.
Manage daily project tasks.
Develop, implement, and oversee quality plans.
Report on project progress to stakeholders according to the communication plan.
Manage changes as needed to meet project outputs, following the change management plan.
Evaluate project results and draw lessons learned.
Conduct project risk management, including analysis, monitoring, and mitigation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
PMP certification is required.
1 to 3 years of project management experience.
Practical knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
Hands-on technical experience in the IT domain.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills.
Ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels, including leadership, executives, and vendors.
