Axial Contracting LLC is a leading Dubai-based MEP contracting company delivering high-quality projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced MEP Projects Manager to lead our projects and ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.
(Valid Dubai Driving License)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and coordinate all MEP activities across multiple projects.
- Review and approve project designs, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor compliance with local authority regulations and HSE standards.
- Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and client updates.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure high-quality workmanship.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10–15 years of UAE experience in MEP contracting.
- strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
- Proven track record of handling large-scale projects from initiation to handover.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with UAE authority approvals and regulations (DEWA, ADDC, DM, DCD, etc.).
