We’re Hiring: Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing general projects for a 3 months project (extendable (, preferably with previous experience in governmental projects. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with client objectives and sustainability best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, organize, and oversee projects to ensure alignment with client goals and company vision
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
* Coordinate and communicate with technical teams and stakeholders
* Monitor progress and provide regular project status reports
* Ensure quality of deliverables in line with professional and regulatory standards
* Identify risks and proactively resolve project-related issues
* Support the development of technical proposals and project bids
* Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in administrative or a related field
* PMP Certification is a must
* 5-7 years of experience in project management
* Proven experience in *government projects*
* Background in *educational or sustainable/community development projects* is highly preferred
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
