Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilledProject Managerto lead and oversee complex industrial projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and schedule. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience inSaudi Aramco projectsand aproven track recordinproject management, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree inCivil or Mechanical Engineering/ MBA (or equivalent)
Experience:15–20 years, including7–10 yearsin asenior managementrole
Certifications:PriorSaudi Aramco approval as a Project Manageror relevantManagement Certificationsare required

Proficiency inMS Office Suite & ERP systems (Oracle/Dynamics AX preferred)
Expertise in project controls, budgeting, and scheduling
Risk assessment &problem-solvingcapabilities
Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and business practices
Core Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion
Ensure full compliance withregulations, permits, and safety standards
Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality control
Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and regulatory bodies
Track and analyze project KPIs(CPI, SPI, EV, PV, AC, etc.) to ensure performance targets are met
Providecomprehensive project reportingto stakeholders and the Project Director
Authorities & Reporting
Responsible formanaging the project teamand optimizing productivity
Monitor project progress and recommend corrective actions as needed
Communicate with stakeholders onscheduling, staffing, and technical requirements
Report on project performance and key milestones to the Project Director
