VACANCY: Facade Project Manager
To oversee façade projects from planning through completion and will manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage façade projects from start to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contract requirements.
- Resolve project issues and prepare progress reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 5+ years of façade project management experience.
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
