Objective
As a Project Manager within the Platforms Services & Delivery team you will ensure that a project is completed on time and will deliver solutions that meet both customers’ requirements and our commitments. Your role will directly contribute to internal and external customer satisfaction which is key for business growth.
A week in the life of a Project Manager
- You will drive the project to ensure customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines, quality specifications and project profitability; and lead customer interactions for the project.
- You will deliver solutions that are cost effective, easy to operate and generate value.
- You will provide visibility of the project progress, obtain the necessary resources and identify and resolve issues; and manage the financial aspects of projects including costs and revenue.
- You will manage project risks and related action plans.
- You will manage change requests and identify new business opportunities.
- You will maintain communications with stakeholders and the project organization:
Solution Manager, Project Delivery team, Technical Leaders, Support & Maintenance team. - Responsible for the change management of the project (organize and lead the bug reviews to determine the priority of bug fixing in line with the Customer’s priorities).
- Responsible for validating the Project Execution baseline prepared with the support of the SEM prior to submitting it to the Supervisory Authority for final approval during the Launch Review, and to maintain this Project Execution baseline throughout the project lifecycle.
- Responsible for the Project Kick-off meeting.
- Responsible for Project Reviews as defined in Manage Project Process.
- Responsible for obtaining the Customer Acceptance of the delivered solution.
- Responsible for the collection of Lessons Learned from the project.
- Responsible for the preparation and update of a log document to chronologically collect the events that happen during the project and that can support future claims.
- Responsible to provide a reporting to the Senior Management (Supervisory Authority) through a dashboard encompassing all the necessary information to understand the progress made to date on the overall project activities and the forecasts about the activities which have to be performed until project completion.
