Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Dubai, UAE. The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of geotechnical and marine construction projects, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and budget targets are met. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, coordination, monitoring, and successful completion of piling, diaphragm wall, shoring, ground improvement, and foundation engineering projects. The role ensures that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with contractual, technical, quality, and HSE requirements while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management is an advantage.

  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of piling, diaphragm wall, shoring, and foundation engineering projects from award to final handover.
  • Prepare project execution plans, construction methodologies, work schedules, resource plans, and project budgets.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
  • Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.
  • Resolve technical, contractual, commercial, and construction-related issues.
  • Ensure successful completion of all testing, inspections, and project close-out activities.

Technical Management

  • Review construction drawings, specifications, geotechnical investigation reports, shop drawings, and contract documents.

  • Ensure proper construction methodologies for diaphragm wall excavation, slurry management, reinforcement cage installation, stop-end installation, tremie concreting, and panel sequencing.
  • Review and approve method statements, lifting plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and international standards.

Experience

  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in piling, diaphragm wall, deep excavation, shoring, and foundation engineering projects.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing large-scale diaphragm wall and piling projects.
  • GCC experience is highly preferred.
