Project Manager (Earthworks & Infrastructure) – Riyadh
Are you an experienced leader with a proven track record in managing major civil engineering and infrastructure projects? We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to lead and oversee our large-scale earthworks and infrastructure developments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all project phases from initial planning to successful handover, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Direct and supervise site activities, including deep excavations, grading, earthworks, and the installation of infrastructure networks.
• Coordinate effectively with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and relevant government authorities.
• Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and manage project risks proactively.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to the senior management, highlighting milestones and key decisions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related engineering discipline.
• Proven track record of experience [e.g., 8–10+ years] in managing major infrastructure and earthworks projects.
• Strong knowledge of technical specifications, heavy machinery management, and quantity surveying.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
