Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The role requires strong stakeholder management, governance oversight, and proactive risk mitigation.
Core Responsibilities:
- Own complete project delivery lifecycle – planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder coordination
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Ensure alignment between business and technical teams
- Drive status reporting, performance tracking, and escalation management
- Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and documentation
Experience Required
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in Project Management
- Proven experience in delivery management and stakeholder handling
- Strong understanding of functional and delivery frameworks
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple priorities
