We are looking for a Security Supervisor that is knowledgeable on the below details:
· Oversee daily security operations to ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors, implementing protocols tailored to specific site needs.
· Conduct regular inspections of premises, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending improvements to enhance security measures.
· Lead a team of security personnel, providing guidance
· Respond promptly to security incidents, investigating breaches and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
· Monitor surveillance equipment and access control systems, ensuring all technology is functioning optimally and addressing issues as they arise.
· Prepare detailed reports on incidents, violations, and security activities, providing clear documentation for management review and compliance.
· Assist in the development of security policies and procedures, aligning them with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,300.00 per month
