Al Qahera Contracting L.L.C (AQC) is a Dubai-based construction and contracting company delivering projects across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead our site and project delivery operations.
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through handover — managing budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects from mobilization to handover
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and variation orders
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, safety standards, and quality codes
- Lead site teams including Construction Managers, Site Engineers, and MEP Coordinators
- Monitor progress against schedule (MS Project/Primavera) and report to senior management
- Manage procurement timelines and material logistics in coordination with the site
- Resolve on-site issues, delays, and contractual disputes
- Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) requirements on all sites
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record delivering projects in the UAE/GCC market
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and labour law
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD (a plus)
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
Pay: AED5,438.86 – AED23,525.89 per month
