For our office in Dubai, we are looking for
Project Management Officer – 100% (m/f)
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Office, with prior experience in design or construction projects. They should be a collaborative team player with strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Monitor project progress, submissions, and ensure alignment with contractual timelines.
Track project budgets, costs, and overall financial performance.
Identify and manage project risks and issues. Maintain project documentation and generate periodic progress reports.
Promote standardized processes and drive continuous improvement across projects.
Requirements:
The candidate must be able to understand the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), milestones, and requirements, and develop a project schedule from scratch using Primavera P6.
The candidate should be capable of monitoring project financials and generating reports tailored to management’s requirements.
The candidate should be interactive and communicative, and able to take initiative in project follow-ups with project managers, supported by technical knowledge.
The candidate should have at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in the same field.
