Job Description:
As the PMO, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s strategy and business development efforts. You will be responsible for overseeing project management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and facilitating the execution of initiatives that support the company’s growth and success in the manpower recruitment industry. This position reports to the executive leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Work closely with senior leadership to define, communicate, and execute the company’s strategic plan.
Develop and implement project management processes and methodologies to drive strategic initiatives.
Project Management:
Manage and coordinate various projects and initiatives within the organization.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Monitor project progress, identify and address issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Business Development:
Collaborate with the business development team to identify growth opportunities and create strategies to expand the company’s client base and services.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and potential areas for expansion.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze data related to project performance, market trends, and business development efforts.
Prepare and present reports to senior management with actionable insights and recommendations.
Resource Allocation:
Ensure the efficient allocation of resources, including personnel, to support strategic projects.
Collaborate with HR to recruit and onboard additional staff as necessary.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and challenges associated with strategic initiatives and develop mitigation plans.
Implement risk management practices to minimize negative impacts on projects.
Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment with project goals and strategic objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
Quality Assurance:
Establish quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed the company’s standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
Proven experience in project management and business development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team management experience.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
