The Project & Maintenance In-Charge is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising interior fit-out projects, construction activities, facility maintenance, and building operations across the Group’s offices, showrooms, boutiques, kiosks, residential, and commercial properties. The role ensures that all projects and maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsiibilities
· Manage interior fit-out projects for showrooms, boutiques, kiosks, offices, and facilities.
· Supervise architectural, civil, MEP, renovation, and finishing works.
· Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for commercial and residential properties.
· Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, carpentry, and building maintenance systems.
· Coordinate facility management services and emergency repairs.
· Supervise construction, renovation, masonry, and finishing works.
· Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
· Monitor contractor performance and site productivity.
· Prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and material take-offs.
· Review contractor quotations and technical proposals.
· Support budgeting, cost control, and expenditure monitoring.
· Prepare and review method statements, technical evaluations, permits, QA/QC, and compliance documents.
· Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
· Maintain project records, inspection reports, testing, commissioning, and handover documentation.
· Prepare daily, progress, maintenance, facility performance, and close-out reports.
– Coordinate with management, end users, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
· Provide regular updates on project status, risks, maintenance activities, and recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
· Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project execution, interior fit-out, construction, facility management, and maintenance operations.
· Experience in retail, commercial, residential, and luxury showroom fit-out projects is preferred.
· Strong knowledge of MEP systems, facility maintenance, construction methodologies, and project management practices.
· Proficient in quantity take-off, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and technical documentation.
· Familiarity with QA/QC standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling software is an advantage.
– Asian nationality is preferred. Must hold a valid Qatar driving license
Pay: QAR7,000.00 – QAR10,000.00 per month
