We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project & Maintenance In-Charge to oversee interior fit-out projects, construction activities, facility maintenance, and building operations across the Group’s offices, showrooms, boutiques, kiosks, residential, and commercial properties.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project execution, interior fit-out, construction, facility management, and maintenance operations.
- Experience in retail, commercial, residential, and luxury showroom fit-out projects is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction methodologies, facility maintenance, and project management practices.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling software is an advantage.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and supervise interior fit-out works for jewelry showrooms, boutiques, kiosks, offices, and related facilities.
- Oversee project execution covering architectural, civil, MEP, finishing, renovation, and refurbishment works.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Review drawings, specifications, technical submissions, and method statements.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and progress to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality standards are maintained.
- Manage project handover, snagging, de-snagging, close-out activities, and final acceptance.
- Prepare and submit project progress and completion reports to Management.
Maintenance & Facility Management
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for offices, showrooms, residential, and commercial properties.
- Manage hard facility services, including:
- HVAC Systems
- Electrical Systems
- Plumbing Systems
- Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Systems
- Carpentry and General Building Maintenance
- Coordinate facility maintenance activities and respond promptly to emergency repair requirements.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize operational disruptions.
- Ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and operational at all times.
- Prepare maintenance and facility performance reports.Construction & Site Supervision
- Supervise residential and commercial construction, renovation, masonry, and finishing works.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor contractor performance and site productivity.
- Verify completed works before certification and payment processing.
- Ensure proper execution of architectural, structural, civil, and MEP works.
Cost Estimation & Quantity Surveying
- Prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, material take-offs, and BOQs.
- Review contractor quotations, technical proposals, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Assist in project budgeting, cost monitoring, and expenditure control.
- Support billing verification and project valuation based on actual site progress.
Technical Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and review method statements, technical evaluations, permit applications, QA/QC documents, and compliance records.
- Ensure all works comply with company standards, local regulations, safety requirements, and approved specifications.
- Maintain complete project and maintenance records for audits and future reference.
- Document inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare and submit daily reports, project progress reports, maintenance reports, facility performance reports, and project close-out reports.
- Coordinate effectively with Management, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and end users.
- Provide regular updates on project status, maintenance activities, risks, and recommendations.
