Key Role Objective
The principal function of this position is to supervise or manage project sites. You will be required to handle all dewatering operations for large projects reporting to Project Engineer,
Demands of the Job and Key Requirements
This position or personnel should be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Systematic, well organised and can work independently with minimum supervision.
- Basic Computer skills
- Experience in the supervision of dewatering field is an advantage
- Resourcefulness, initiative and the ability to work unsupervised in often difficult site conditions.
- Excellent delegation skills to lead several teams of dewatering crews, multi-tasking
- Communicates effectively to Clients
