Role Overview
Assist clients in developing and implementing strategies for large-scale infrastructure projects. Provide advice on feasibility, structuring, funding, and closing of financing, including contract negotiations and project management.
Profiles and Skills
Knowledge of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), concessions, and transaction structures. Project finance modelling, markets, procurement, and delivery experience are highly valued.
Deep industry experience in Value Frameworks for investment targeting and portfolio asset management, as well as innovation programs for process and strategy optimization.
Priority sectors include Renewables, Water, Rail & Road, Logistics, Urban Infrastructure, Sports & Events.
Qualifications
Preferred: MBA, CFA;
Engineering qualification advantageous.
4-6 years of relevant experience on large infrastructure projects; total experience often exceeds this.
Experience in advisory firms, infrastructure service providers, developers, banks, government agencies, or similar sectors.
Experience in structuring, financing transactions, procurements, and project documentation.
Proven financial modelling and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
