About the Role:
Our client, a leading organization MNC is seeking a Project Executive to join their team. The Project Executive will report to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for managing project documentation, specifications, technical submittals, approvals, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, collaboration, and strong Document Control, Administrative Processes, Compliance, Accuracy skills that align successfully with the organization’s needs.
About the Requirements
- Manage project documentation, specifications, technical submittals, approvals, and administrative processes
- Ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficient document control throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure project deliverables are met
- Develop and implement project documentation and administrative processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and reports
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as construction management, engineering, or business administration
- Experience with project management software such as MS Project or Asana
