Job Detail
We are seeking to appoint a Head of Secondary to work with a fully committed staff to lead SVS into its next phase of development. This is an exciting time in the school’s growth and requires a dynamic, forward thinking, and compassionate leader to ensure that the Secondary School continues to flourish and offer a world class education to our wonderful students.
The ideal candidate will:
Have at least 10 years’ successful teaching and leadership experience in the Secondary age range,
Have leadership experience in a Secondary School SLT with a proven track record.
Have an understanding of international education.
Be able to lead on the strategic vision for the secondary school.
Be able to deploy staff effectively to support student learning.
Be an empathetic leader who supports staff development and growth.
