Job Summary Oversee the complete order lifecycle from entry to final delivery, ensuring timely shipments, accurate documentation, and full compliance with Saudi import and regulatory requirements
** Key Responsibilities
*** Order Management:
* Handle customer orders from receipt to final delivery
* Ensure accuracy in pricing, Incoterms, specs, and lead times
* Track orders, resolve delays, and handle changes or exceptions
* Logistics & Shipping:
* Prepare and verify shipping documents (CI, PL, COO, HS codes, AWB/BL)
* Track shipments and support inbound/outbound logistics
* Saudi Compliance (Core Focus):
* Ensure full adherence to Saudi import regulations
* Coordinate SABER/SASO, PCoC/SCoC, CB reports & IECEE certificates
* Coordinate technical files with Engineering, Quality & suppliers
* Maintain organized compliance documentation
* Stakeholder
Collaboration:
* Work closely with Sales, Finance, Planning, Projects, factories & suppliers
* Reporting & Improvement:
* Prepare order/delivery reports
* Drive process improvements to reduce delays & documentation issues
** Qualifications / Requirements
*** University degree.
* Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience.
* Solid understanding of project management principles.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication and teamwork.
* Familiarity with project planning tools.
* Ability to work independently with general supervision.# What we offer you
