As a Project Engineer Ops Hubs at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing operations hubs for civil engineering projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure efficient and effective hub operations.

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee operations hubs for civil engineering projects
Develop effective processes and procedures for hub operations
Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth execution of operations
Optimizeresource allocationand utilization within the hub
Monitor and improve performance metrics of the hub
Implementcontinuous improvementinitiatives
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve operational issues
Requirements:
Saudi national
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering or hub operations
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
Experience in managing and optimizing operations hubs
Excellent organizational andproblem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively withmultidisciplinaryteams
Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
Proficiency in MS Office and related software
