We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to lead the design, engineering, and execution of HVAC systems for high-profile oil & gas onshore and offshore projects in the UAE. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing HVAC projects, optimizing system designs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and engineering of HVAC systems for oil & gas projects, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and performance standards.
Utilize tools like HAP (Heat Load Calculation), AutoCAD, and Revit for HVAC system design and optimization.
Conduct in-depth reviews of project specifications, drawings, and documents, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or technical challenges.
Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure HVAC systems are seamlessly integrated into overall project designs.
Perform site inspections to ensure quality control, compliance with design specifications, and resolve any technical issues.
Ensure timely and on-budget delivery of project milestones and objectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
Educational Background: BE Mechanical, MBA in Operation & Production Management
8+ years of experience in HVAC and MEP project design and management
Expertise in HVAC design, including pipe and duct sizing, and design optimization
Knowledge of Value Engineering, risk assessment, and project management
Proficiency in industry software such as HAP, AutoCAD, and Revit
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
