Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans and ensure the successful execution of mechanical engineering projects in compliance with Saudi Aramco standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Technical Oversight:
- Ensure all mechanical systems and designs comply with Saudi Aramco’s specifications and standards.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to teams for efficient project implementation.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
Coordination and Communication:
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams to maintain clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement corrective actions when deviations occur.
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):
- Promote adherence to safety guidelines and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory norms.
