We are a leading company in the joinery industry based in Dubai, specializing in high-quality custom woodwork and fit-out solutions for commercial and residential projects. We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Engineer to manage and oversee the execution of joinery projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the planning, design, and execution of joinery projects.
Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and ensure quality control standards are followed.
Handle material procurement, cost control, and the timely delivery of project components.
Ensure that all safety, legal, and quality standards are adhered to during the execution of projects.
Prepare reports on project status, including progress, challenges, and solutions, for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Engineer in the joinery, carpentry, or interior fit-out industry.
Strong knowledge of project management software, including MS Project, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of joinery materials, designs, and installation techniques is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
