Project Engineer – Interiors & Gypsum Jobs in Dubai at SRR BUILDING MATERIAL TRADING
We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to manage and coordinate interior fit-out and gypsum projects from planning through completion.
Responsibilities
* Plan, manage, and supervise interior fit-out and gypsum projects.
* Coordinate project activities with site engineers, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
* Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and resources.
* Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
* Review drawings, quantities, and technical requirements.
* Monitor the quality and progress of gypsum, ceiling, partition, painting, and interior finishing works.
* Coordinate procurement and material requirements with the relevant departments.
* Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
* Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
* Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
* Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
* Communicate project updates and requirements to management and clients.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
* 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out and gypsum projects.
* Strong knowledge of gypsum partitions, false ceilings, drywall, painting, and interior finishing works.
* Proven experience managing and coordinating projects from start to completion.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Strong project coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
* UAE/GCC experience in interior fit-out projects is preferred.
* Strong communication and team-management skills.
* Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
Salary: AED 7,000 – AED 8,000 per month.
Pay: AED7,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
