About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer with a background in Civil Engineering to join our dynamic team in the interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing and executing high-end commercial, retail, or residential fit-out projects within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site engineering and technical aspects of fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion.
- Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, materials procurement, and progress reports.
- Manage site execution, ensure adherence to HSE standards, and resolve technical issues on-site.
- Conduct inspections and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Support in project handover documentation and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in civil or electrical engineering (mandatory).
- 5–7 years of UAE experience in the interior fit-out industry
- Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, joinery works, and finishing details.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- UAE driving license
