Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support the successful delivery of Architectural Metal Works projects from contract award to final handover. The ideal candidate will coordinate engineering, procurement, production, QA/QC, logistics, and installation activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and progress; identify delays and support recovery plans.
- Coordinate engineering deliverables, drawing approvals, RFIs, and technical documentation.
- Track procurement activities, material deliveries, and long-lead items.
- Coordinate fabrication progress, production priorities, and dispatch schedules.
- Monitor site installation activities and support subcontractor and workforce coordination.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, inspections, and NCR closure requirements.
- Support HSE compliance, toolbox talks, permits, and safety initiatives.
- Attend client and consultant meetings and provide progress updates.
- Assist with variations, progress claims, cost monitoring, and project documentation.
- Support project close-out activities, testing, snag rectification, and handover documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
- PMP Certification is an advantage.
- 5–10 years of experience in Architectural Metal Works projects.
- GCC experience is preferred.

- ERP Systems and Microsoft Office

- Fire-rated door systems and architectural metal works installation
- Contract administration and Saudi Building Code knowledge
