REQUIREMENTS
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Review and approve engineering drawings and documentation.
Lead and manage project teams, facilitating communication between engineers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address issues.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Prepare regular project status reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
Min 4 years of experience in Project management within the engineering sector, including supervisory roles.
Proven experience in fit-out or construction project management & Engineering.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel as needed for project inspections and meetings.
