JOB DESCRIPTION – PROJECT ENGINEER
Position: Project Engineer
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role
Salary: AED 4,500 – 5,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance
Location: UAE
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Engineer to manage and coordinate project activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and according to required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day project activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Supervise site activities and ensure proper execution of works.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and company standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and other departments for timely project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor work quality.
- Support project planning, cost control, and timely project completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of UAE or relevant experience in a similar Project Engineer role.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of construction/project execution and site coordination.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project activities.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 4,500 – 5,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
- Other benefits as per company policy and UAE labour regulations.
Pay: AED4,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
