Project Engineer Jobs in Dubai at Arkiten International LLC
Receiving keys & T-Card from Rental Sales Agents/Quality Controller & checking of cars as per T-Card & recording information like Cleanliness, Up to date kilometers, Service due, Registration due, Petrol reading, Damage & sign T- Card.
Record the location of the car on the T-card.
Complete a VDR ( vehicle damage report) where applicable and obtain customer signature
Checking of cars in and out
Transfer cars to relevant locations. Delivery and collection of cars as per RSA’s instruction
Chauffeur duty as per RSA instructions
Provide timely and accurate pick up and drop off of passengers
Duty cards to be signed off the RSA
Display highest level of customer service and satisfaction
Receiving keys from RSA for petrol filling. Updating KM, Petrol & sign on T-Card.
Reporting any poor car condition of defect to Rental Agent immediately.
Filling time sheets correctly & obtaining customer’s signature.
Provide safe operation of vehicle and comply with all motor vehicle regulations and traffic laws
Complete all paperwork accurately and to specifications of company policies and procedures
Undertakes other duties and responsibilities as and when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,850.00 per month
