Position: Project Director / Project Manager *
We are seeking experienced Project Directors and Project Managers currently working in Saudi Arabia for senior-level opportunities across construction, infrastructure, engineering, real estate development and major projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from planning and design through execution and completion
- Manage project schedules budgets resources and deliverables
- Coordinate with clients consultants contractors and government authorities
- Monitor project risks quality safety and contractual compliance
- Prepare progress reports and provide updates to senior management
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and support strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong experience managing large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills
- PMP, PRINCE2 or other project-management certification is preferred
- Experience with Vision 2030, infrastructure or mega-project developments will be an advantage
