Role
Project Director for a mega project that will include a themed park, a zoo, a family entertainment centre, and other facilities to make up a major new leisure destination. This senior role is with a leading company involved in Qatar’s flagship building projects such as hotels, high‑rise towers, retail malls, and parks.
Essential Requirements
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
- Strong project experience in the leisure sector – including parks, themed parks, and zoos
- Experience managing projects as lead Project Director from inception to completion
- Previous experience with a consultancy or project management company
- Ability to manage senior‑level stakeholders
- A solid track record, coupled with excellent design‑management and communication skills
Candidate Profile
As Project Director you will manage and lead high‑profile consultancy teams while liaising with commercial departments, contractors, and design consultancies. The ideal candidate will come from a contractor or project management background, be used to leading major projects, and will be client‑focused with an excellent track record.
