Role Overview:
The Projects Director will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a landmark entertainment and mixed-use development in Qatar, integrating residential, hospitality, commercial, and leisure components. Thisstrategic leadershiprole requires overseeing the project from initiation to completion, ensuring it meets objectives, timelines, and budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight:Lead project planning, monitor progress, and ensure milestones are achieved. Align design, construction, and operations to project goals.
StakeholderCollaboration:Act as primary contact for all stakeholders, ensuringeffective communicationand alignment. Manage negotiations and foster transparency.
TeamLeadership:Guide and mentor amultidisciplinaryteam, ensuring accountability and high productivity.
Quality & Compliance:Implementquality assuranceprocesses, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage audits.
Risk &Change Management:Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and manage changes in scope, schedule, or budget.
Financial Management:Collaborate on budgeting and financial reporting, tracking expenditures to prevent overruns and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Reporting &Communication:Provide regular updates tosenior management, tracking progress and addressing challenges.
Qualifications:
15+ years inproject management, with 5+ years inleadership roleson large-scale developments in Qatar/GCC.
Expertise in FIDIC contracts and complexmultidisciplinaryprojects.
Strong knowledge of project governance, compliance, and stakeholder management.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
