To manage, plan, and oversee projects from initiation to close with the help of resources and a reasonable budget, coordinate with employees and personnel on project requirements, and ensure timely delivery.
Projects Management
Plan, initiate, and manage multiple project implementation plans and WBS with strict adherence to scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
Implement and follow SGM disciplines to effectively monitor costs, resource deployment, and timelines for required activities.
Coordinate the construction components, heavy equipment, and administration, and assign duties and responsibilities with expected deliverables to achieve optimal results.
Develop or modify business process flowcharts, standard operating procedures, and management reports.
Provide contingency measures to minimize risks to project success.
Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Ensure the efficient and effective utilization of staff, budget, and assets.
Engage specialist consultants to secure quality designs, technical drawings, and supervision.
Manage, in coordination with the commercial manager, the appointment of subcontractors and contracts according to specifications and conditions.
Ensure operational effectiveness before handing over for operations and maintenance.
Build and maintain internal relationships with other departments and external relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
P/L accountable for the project portfolio.
People Management & Development
Promote the understanding and application of PMI principles among the project team.
Manage and evaluate employee performance, provide ongoing feedback, and offer development opportunities.
Manage talent pipelines through employee development, mentoring, career, and succession planning.
Improve systems, processes, and practices proactively to adapt to standards and business environment changes.
Implement departmental procedures and controls to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
Implement information security practices to protect company data and ensure policy compliance.
