proven track record
on projects exceeding 600 Million AED, working for the Main Contractor.
We are seeking a Project Director with clear experience in delivering 600 Million AED+ Civil Engineering projects for the RTA in Dubai. Our client, a busy Main Contracting company, is considering new projects before September. If you have experience as the project lead (No.1) on site for Civil Engineering Main Contractors in the UAE, we want to hear from you.
As Project Director, you will manage the full lifecycle of EPC projects. Do you have a history of successfully handling complex projects from bid submission to handover and final account? Our client has a strong record in the UAE on projects including Dredging, Ports, Highways, Utilities, Power Stations, and Airport works.
Key qualities include:
– Eye for detail and exceptional
communication skills
– Civil Engineering Degree
– Strong CV showing loyalty and success in the UAE with Tier 1 Main Contractors
– Prior experience delivering RTA projects
– Ability to stay calm and focused at all times
– Capable of starting before mid-September 2025 (Degree attested for quick processing)- Fluency in Arabic & English (ideally)-
Leadership
skills to motivate and drive a team, and manage commercial issues
