Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion ERP implementations and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid IT background, proven project management expertise, and hands-on experience delivering ERP projects from initiation through post-implementation support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP and enterprise system implementation projects.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, deployment, and project closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage digital transformation initiatives that align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Oversee project governance, status reporting, change management, issue resolution, and executive communications.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery timelines.
- Lead project meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder workshops.
- Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, and go-live activities.
- Ensure successful integration of Oracle Fusion ERP with other enterprise applications and systems.
- Drive change management and user adoption throughout project execution.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and lessons learned.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance standards, security requirements, and applicable Saudi regulations.
- Mentor project teams and promote project management best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of project management experience in enterprise IT environments.
- Strong understanding of Project Management fundamentals and best practices.
- Proven knowledge and experience managing the full project lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience delivering ERP implementation projects as a Project Manager.
- Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation initiatives involving Oracle Fusion ERP and other enterprise systems.
- Strong IT background with experience working closely with infrastructure, applications, and enterprise technology teams.
- Excellent stakeholder, communication, and leadership skills.
Required Certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) – Mandatory.
- Agile Certification (Practitioner level or above, such as PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, or equivalent) – Mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering projects within the Saudi Government or public sector.
- Familiarity with Saudi government regulations, governance frameworks, and procurement processes.
- Experience managing Oracle implementation partners and third-party vendors.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud technologies and enterprise integration platforms.
