Role Description
We are looking for a Project Delivery Lead to oversee and drive the successful execution of our digital initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution skills to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. The ideal candidate will be a mid to senior-level professional with 3-4 years (Mid) or 7-10 years (Senior) of experience, capable of managing client interfaces and orchestrating seamless delivery across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve successful outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, business, and leadership stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth execution and issue resolution.
Implement best practices in project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
Track project performance, analyzing key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, and collaboration within the team.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in Project Management, Risk and Stakeholder Management
Mid to senior-level experience, with 3-4 years (Mid) or 7-10 years (Senior) in project delivery.
Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
Ability to manage complex projects, ensuring timely and high-impact delivery.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in construction or real estate is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
