Job Summary:
AL QASSIM ALUMINIUM AND GLASS is looking for an experienced Project Cost Controller with background in aluminium, glass, façade, or construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring project costs, controlling budgets, tracking materials and labour expenses, and ensuring project profitability.
Only candidates with project/construction experience will be considered. Accounting-only profiles will not be shortlisted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control project costs against approved budgets
- Track material, labour, fabrication, installation, and subcontractor costs
- Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports
- Compare budget vs actual costs and identify variances
- Coordinate with Project Manager, QS, Procurement, Store, and Accounts Department
- Review supplier invoices, LPOs, and site-related expenses
- Support project cash flow planning and profitability analysis
- Recommend cost-saving measures and improve cost efficiency
- Maintain proper cost records and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in aluminium, glass, façade, or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of project costing, BOQ, material control, labour cost, and subcontractor billing
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Good analytical, reporting, and coordination skills
Preferred:
- Experience in aluminium / glass / façade projects
- QS or Estimator background is an advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
