As Idea Mobili continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Dubai.
This role will work closely with our Operations, Procurement, Projects, and Finance departments to help monitor project budgets, track costs, support procurement activities, and assist in maintaining accurate financial records across multiple ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track project budgets, commitments, and expenditures
• Monitor supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payment status
• Assist with project cost reporting and financial analysis
• Support local procurement activities and supplier coordination
• Follow up on deliveries and procurement schedules
• Assist the Finance Department with reconciliations, documentation, and reporting
• Maintain accurate project cost trackers and procurement logs
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure financial visibility throughout project execution
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience in construction, interiors, fit-out, or project-based businesses is an advantage
