Sales Support Function
We are seeking a highly qualified Sales Support Specialist to
join our team
. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing valuable support to our sales area leader and sales representatives.
You will be responsible for activities related to the sales department including but not limited to meeting preparations, presentations, sales forecasts, order handling, and invoicing/collections.
You will also provide data and guidance to the sales team, manage sales tracking tools, and analyze sales trends.
Experience and Skills:
Work experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate.
Experience in the IT and banking industry is a plus.
Experience with
sales tools is a plus (for example: Salesforce).
The ability to multitask and quickly switch focus.
An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Knowledge of finance and payment collections.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Communication skills
and good experience in business communications.
Teamwork
and motivational skills.
Good knowledge in social engineering and ability to release posts on different social media platforms like Whats App/Linked In.
Skills and experience in Artwork is a plus, for example:
Graphic design, preparing proposals and PowerPoint templates, building short videos, and animations.
Knowledge and experience in event and conference management.
Excellent verbal/written Arabic & English
communication skills
