Xpandretail is looking for a highly organized and technically skilled Project Coordinator to manage end-to-end delivery of IT and retail technology projects from our Dubai office. This role requires strong expertise in project documentation and AutoCAD, along with hands-on experience in coordinating network and IP-based projects, including footfall sensors, structured cabling, and IP device installations.
The Project Coordinator will act as the central point of contact between sales, clients, internal technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of IT and retail technology projects, including footfall sensor deployments
- Support the sales team during pre-sales by preparing technical documentation, AutoCAD drawings, proposals, and project scope definitions
- Develop and maintain detailed AutoCAD layouts for network cabling, device placements, and installation plans
- Plan project timelines, resources, and milestones; monitor progress and ensure adherence to schedules
- Coordinate with clients for site surveys, installation schedules, access approvals, and acceptance sign-offs
- Work closely with internal teams for network cabling, IP device configuration, sensor installation, testing, and commissioning
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors for structured cabling and IT infrastructure work
- Ensure all installations comply with defined technical standards, security requirements, and quality benchmarks
- Conduct and oversee quality control (QC) checks for cabling, device installations, configurations, and documentation
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including AutoCAD drawings, network diagrams, configuration records, test reports, and handover documents
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies and proactively escalate when required
- Use project management tools to monitor tasks, timelines, and deliverables
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear, professional communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience coordinating IT and network infrastructure projects
- Strong expertise in project documentation and AutoCAD (2D layouts, basic drafting, and design updates)
- Practical understanding of:
- Network cabling (structured cabling, basic network layouts)
- IP device configuration (cameras, sensors, routers, switches, etc.)
- CCTV installation and basic system knowledge
- Familiarity with IT project workflows, site installations, and vendor coordination
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously
Preferred / Added Advantages
- Valid UAE driving license (added advantage)
- Experience with retail, IoT, analytics, or sensor-based technology projects
- Prior exposure to AutoCAD-based project environments and client-facing roles in the Middle East region

Pay: AED4,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
