We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong Project Coordinator with AutoCAD expertise to manage end-to-end execution of our technology deployments.
Role Overview
You will act as the central coordination point between sales, clients, internal technical teams, and vendors—ensuring seamless delivery of projects involving network infrastructure, footfall sensors, and IP-based systems.
This role is not purely administrative—we are looking for someone who understands technology, drawings, and on-ground execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution
- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT and retail technology projects
- Plan and track timelines, milestones, and resources
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at high quality
Technical Coordination
- Coordinate deployments involving:
- Footfall sensors
- Structured cabling
- IP devices (cameras, routers, switches)
- Work closely with internal teams for:
- Installation
- Configuration
- Testing & commissioning
Pre-Sales & Documentation
- Support sales with:
- Technical proposals
- Scope definition
- Project documentation
- Prepare and maintain:
- Network diagrams
- Installation plans
- Handover documents
AutoCAD & Planning
- Develop and update AutoCAD layouts for:
- Device placement
- Cabling routes
- Installation plans
- Ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions and execution plans
Client & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with clients for:
- Site surveys
- Installation schedules
- Access approvals
- Project sign-offs
- Manage third-party vendors and contractors for:
- Cabling
- Infrastructure work
Quality & Compliance
- Conduct QC checks for:
- Cabling
- Device installations
- Configurations
- Ensure compliance with:
- Technical standards
- Security requirements
- Project documentation standards
Project Monitoring
- Track:
- Risks
- Issues
- Dependencies
- Proactively escalate blockers
- Use project tools to monitor progress and reporting
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years experience in IT / network project coordination
- Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD (2D layouts & drafting)
- Practical understanding of:
- Structured cabling
- Network basics
- IP-based devices
- CCTV systems
- Experience with site installations & vendor coordination
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English
Preferred / Added Advantages
- UAE Driving License
- Experience in:
- Retail technology
- IoT / sensors
- Analytics platforms
- Experience working in client-facing roles in the GCC
