DESIGNATION: PROJECT COORDINATOR

THE COMPANY Project Coordinator role is with one of the region’s leading Interior Design contractors with an enviable reputation and working on numerous prestigious Projects.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to works closely with project team members, managers and leads to help deliver major organizational projects efficiently. Candidate should be with excellent communication skills, the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, and experience meeting hard deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

 Architectural or Interior Design technical education

 At least 3 – 4 years’ experience

 D/L is mandatory

 Able to prepare approval set of drawings and good knowledge of taking approvals from

authorities including drawings, method statements, risk assessments etc.

 Represent company in all project meetings if required and Coordination with both office and Site on regular basis till the Project Completion.

 Coordinate with consultant/main contractor and provide required information.

 Coordinate with drafting team for shop drawings and manage submissions

 Coordinate for material submittals

 Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers. Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers and various project stakeholders supporting the BOQ

 Manage billing

 Managing projects within the established schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality.

 Coordinate for procurement activities

 Able to see works are happening as per approved drawings/specs

 Manage quality and high-end finishing

 Observe the skills, attitude, attendance etc. of the workforce and rate them monthly to improve their performance at site.

 Close out and hand over project.
