Project Coordinator – Installations (Windows & Doors) Jobs in Dubai at SONO Windows & Doors
SONO is looking for a highly organised, proactive and customer-focused Project Coordinator to manage installation projects.
You must be extremely confident and personable and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
You will be responsible for customers, installers, suppliers and building management while keeping projects moving and solving problems before they affect the customer experience.
Responsibilities
– Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to customer satisfaction
– Communicate with clients throughout the installation process
– Organise the installation calendar and installers project schedule.
– Manage NOC applications, access approvals and building management requirements
– Coordinate with building management, security and facility management teams
– Keep installers accountable for pre-condition/dilapidation reports, progress photos, completion photos and incident reports
– Arrange cover or support if employees are off sick or unavailable
– Problem-solve supplier issues, material delays and access issues
– Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
– Keep project updates, documents and customer communication organised
– Escalate major project risks or delays to management with clear solutions
– Ensure projects are properly closed out after installation
Requirements
– Hunger to progress professionally

– Strong organisation and project coordination skills
– Confident dealing with customers, suppliers and building management
– Experience in construction, fit-out, glazing, aluminium, interiors or installation projects
– Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
– Proactive, reliable and accountable
– Ability to follow up firmly with installers, suppliers and clients
– Strong customer service mindset
Ability to quickly learn the technical aspects of the glazing and acoustic window industry

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED6,500.00 per month
